It was a bad experience....

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It was mold on the shower curtains, roaches in the room. Cigarettes burns on the tub. Carpet nasty it was horrible. I will never stay there again.

Disliked: The property didn't look safe or inviting. It looked nothing like the picture that made me book there. And they said we did not have a reservation. We ended up having to find somewhere else to stay.

Disliked: When I arrived at the hotel the staff informed me that they canceled my reservation; because they could not bill my credit card, it states on the reservation that guest will pay cash upon arrival. My card purchases has to be authorized by me in order for a company to charge it; I was staying for 1 night; but due to cancellation they did not have any rooms available, so we had to find a hotel at 11 pm at night. The staff was not helpful in the situation; all she was concerned about was that the hotel wasn't losing any money. I will not be making any reservation at the hotel in the near future.

Liked: They didn’t have any bugs that I saw and believe me I checked! Didn’t want to bring anything home
Disliked: The beds were dirty; fingernail clippings on the bed, cigarette burns in the sheets(non-smoking room), dead spider behind night stand,black stuff in the bottom of the tub. Staff was rude! Had a bad attitude from the start! Stinks in the halls. Over priced for what it is definitely! Breakfast was slim to none. Pics had a pool called before the stay and there was no pool.
