Liked: The room was clean and the furnishings were nice. The front desk staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room was well furnished and nice but while the front desk clerk said that the room was non-smoking multiple times, the room had a very very strong cigarette smell. Also there was no way to lock the security lock as part of the latch was missing. The pictures on the booking site looked nice but the location seemed to be a very unsafe area. Also the guests in other rooms were very loud very late at night. It sounded like a party or something. Finally, a honey bun is not breakfast. It should not say that breakfast is included if all you get is bad coffee and a generic honeybun.

Better Than Most

Liked: The Manager/Owner was extremely professional and nice. My room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I love the Vanity mirror, in the sink/bathroom area it is super large and lights up. The noise level from other rooms connected was nearly undetectable. I enjoyed the huge flat screen TV and the numerous TV channels to choose from.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like is having to walk up stairs to my room but the manager did ask if I wanted to switch to a downstairs but I said no. What I will do is when Booking the next time I will specify.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and the staff was friendly and responsive. We needed to change rooms because the first room did not meet our requirements. When I told the staff, they immediately addressed our concerns and changed our room to a more suitable one!!!
Disliked: I didn't like that they advertised free breakfast, and it was only coffee and a honey bun. I'm vegan and I do not consume coffee so the idea of a free breakfast was deceptive. They should say free honey bun and coffee in the morning. I expected at least a bagel!!!
