Good price, but you get...

Liked: The price was good. The Motel was clean but old.
Disliked: The facilities were very run down. If it could be held together with caulk, it was!!! The breakfast was OK, but not well stocked. The milk pitcher had dried crusty milk on it from the day before.

Disliked: Broken window in the room, dirty carpets in the common areas ( it doesn't look like it was cleaned in the last couple of days), poor breakfast, closed pool (other hotels had it open)

Liked: Traveled for work. Front desk did not know how to apply tax exemption to the bill. Front desk would not print a hard copy receipt upon checkout. Have not received an email receipt.Request Booking.com email an invoice for this stay .
Disliked: Front desk staff are woefully undertrained.

Liked: William at the front desk was really kind and helpful.
Disliked: Dirty, found someone else’s underwear in our room when we first arrived. Smells bad, dingy, terrible breakfast. I have a rash on my legs now that resembles bed bugs.
