Bad

Liked: The staff, they were as helpful as the could be with the tools they had.
Disliked: Absolutely everything-microwave was broken, hotel room was filthy, poor breakfast choices. If days inn is going to continue to charge competitive rates, stick up with the up keep of your damn hotel.

Liked: The staff was exceptional. They were very warm and welcoming.

Iit will be a Place...

Liked: The location was the only reason we stayed here. Came up for the event that Muralt's was putting on over the weekend. Could of stayed else where for about a 1/3 less than we paid here. But since we were in the event and had brought race rigs with us, we didn't feel comfortable being very far from where they had to be parked. The staff was good. Was double charged for room but they said that they would get that fixed for us. What breakfast? The juice ,cereal, and little muffins that were there is not what I consider having breakfast included. There should be a note saying " a cold breakfast is included". When you have to pay 400 for 2 nights I expect hot breakfast items to be served or a food voucher for the fast food place across from hotel since they serve breakfast. There is a great opportunity for mutual profit for both. The second day of our stay our keys no longer worked and we were parked in the back since our room was at that end of the hotel. Ended up having to walk all the way around the hotel to get our keys reactivated. n the end it was a place to lay our heads for a few hours and wash the dust off from racing all day.
Disliked: The breakfast options. Your computer system that allows you to check in early doesn't recognize when the room has been already paid for and won't let you check in unless you pay for the room. I would have liked a toliet that wasn't meant for a child to use only. I also would have kicked a few guests out on Friday night for being so loud and disruptive at 1 AM. I understand that people are going to be coming and going but that was beyond normal coming and goings. When they wake my husband up from a dead sleep thinking there was an elephant running up and down the halfway slamming doors.
