Liked: Location to airport
Disliked: The bed in the "disabled" room was ridiculously high. I had to lift my Mom into it. I couldn't even get in without climbing up into it. They need lower beds to accommodate wheelchair guests!

Superb

Liked: The people that worked there were cheerful and helpful. They could not have been nicer to work with. That goes a long ways.
Disliked: Bedspread/duvet was very thin. It's worth investing in the thicker, more durable ones without the thin blanket underneath. This is the first thing I look for when I shop for hotels. Gotta have the white, clean duvet. It's an indicator of cleanliness.

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: Room was old and bathroom needs work. Room was by the desk , lots of noise and heater was LOUD.

Liked: The hotel is out of the city.
Disliked: The noise was terrible. After complaining 2 nights in a row, we were not compensated. We asked for a late check out and got woke up both mornings.

Liked: Location was close to the airport and the rate was reasonable.
Disliked: The carpet in my room could stand replacing. It had big stains and was lifted.
