Very good

It was very disappointing.

Liked: It was clean and close to everything.
Disliked: I booked this hotel specifically because they had a pool and the pool was closed.

Exceptional

Very good

Liked: Room was very clean and there was no smell. Close to highway. Close to many food options.
Disliked: Being told AFTER I booked all of the facts that would have been helpful to know before I booked..... such as breakfast was just prepackaged items.I did not like having to walk back to the front desk at 10pm twice to fix the keycard so it opened our door to originally enter the room. I did not like the long wait at the desk to check in

Horrible! Bed Bugs, do not...

Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: We found bed bugs in the room. We were forced to check out early due to them not wanting to put us into another room. The desk staff promised a refund for our stay. I have contacted this property and so has Booking.com and the general manager refuses to send the documentation needed to allow Booking.com to release my refund. I will NOT be staying here again and I advise no one else does either. Not only did I have to spend several hundreds of dollars to have my clothing and truck treated but I also had to throw a $300 luggage set away!

Ok but no microwave

Liked: The location
Disliked: My room had left over food in the fridge and you have to go to the lobby to use the microwave

Good

Liked: I didn't have breakfast at the hotel but I did like the hospitality of the desk clerks.
Disliked: The bed wasn't made after the first night and there wasn't a microwave oven in the room.

Exceptional

Liked: The cleanliness of the room and the friendly, helpful staff and cleaning ladies.
Disliked: That there wasn't a microwave in the room.

Superb

Liked: It was a good location for us. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I couldn't find any info on wifi or password in room.
