Days Inn by Wyndham Memphis at Graceland, Memphis

Liked: Located next to graceland
Disliked: Staff didn't care. Pool was not open. No vending machines No coffee No breakfast. Very poor accommodations.

Liked: Ive never felt as unsafe as I did at this hotel. In fact, we did not spend the night there. We went to a different hotel
Disliked: Ive never felt as unsafe as I did at this hotel. We never saw any other guest. I dont think there were any there. We felt so uncomfortable that we did not stay there. We got a room at a different location.

Disliked: Yes...TV was freezing and going out,there was no house keeping, no towels and it didn't have breakfast as it say on line. They did even have cereal and milk or breakfast bars.or coffee. I ask and they said they don't now ..

Liked: The location was close to where I was going to visit!
Disliked: It was being renovated, but other than that it was good!

Liked: Good style of the room,clean and bright.It felt like I was at home.
Disliked: Front stairs and the entrance to park your vehicles needs improvements to keep it well maintain and safe as well.Need fire alarm in room.

Liked: The location was the best thing about the hotel. The hotel could be so nice if someone would give a little bit of attention to it.
Disliked: The hotel was disgusting and the staff did not care at all. Nobody is showing no pride in their property and it could be an awesome hotel. The trash cans were overflowing when we arrived and were never taken out. There was no shower curtain.

Liked: I will no longer go to this hotel. I didn't post my previous complaint of the same problem, but this time something needed to be said. For the third time the past few months no rooms are clean, but the site says rooms available and there not.
Disliked: Fake advertising here stop saying you have rooms available online getting customers to pay, only to be highly disappointed at arrival no rooms available.

Liked: Room was remodeled, looked nice, close to Graceland, walking distance.
Disliked: Outside looks trashy, came with breakfast but nothing provided, not even on the go.

Liked: Its close to Graceland
Disliked: The surroundings are dirty. No shower curtain so after shower the whole bathroom was wet. No toilet paper holder, no towel bar or even hook inside the bathroom.

UNSAFE, UNSANITARY, UNFIT!

Liked: The pool was neat - shaped like a guitar. Close to Graceland.
Disliked: The property was DIRTY & UNSAFE! we are talking overflowing trashcans outside, rubbish & litter everywhere, & smashed glass in the parking lot. there was no fire alarm in our room (it had been removed). No shower curtain, so if you showered - you flooded the bathroom. We used up ALL 2 towels they provide on the floor so we wouldnt slip & fall. Additionally, upon check in the staff had assigned us a room and asked US to check and see if it was cleaned yet (it wasnt). They moved us to a different room (fine) but it was still shamblely. Definitely not worth the price - save yourself some money & worry and stay at the la-quinta a block over. We also wouldnt walk around without shoes (even in the room, the bottoms of our feet would turn black). it was an overall HORRIBlE experience and we will never stay there again.
