Days Inn by Wyndham Memphis at Graceland

Disliked: It is in the middle of remodeling. No breakfast, no coffee. Hard floor surface was dirty.

Disliked: The photos were FAKE! Lobby totally empty except one unplugged Pepsi machine. No breakfast, as advertised. Pool area in shambles. Doors not able to be closed. Area with ice machine disgusting and filthy. Slept one night with eyes open and then LEFT

Disliked: Staff didn't care. Pool was not open. No vending machines No coffee No breakfast. Very poor accommodations.

Liked: Ive never felt as unsafe as I did at this hotel. In fact, we did not spend the night there. We went to a different hotel
Disliked: Ive never felt as unsafe as I did at this hotel. We never saw any other guest. I dont think there were any there. We felt so uncomfortable that we did not stay there. We got a room at a different location.

Disliked: Yes...TV was freezing and going out,there was no house keeping, no towels and it didn't have breakfast as it say on line. They did even have cereal and milk or breakfast bars.or coffee. I ask and they said they don't now ..

Liked: The location was close to where I was going to visit!
Disliked: It was being renovated, but other than that it was good!

Liked: Good style of the room,clean and bright.It felt like I was at home.
Disliked: Front stairs and the entrance to park your vehicles needs improvements to keep it well maintain and safe as well.Need fire alarm in room.

Liked: The location was the best thing about the hotel. The hotel could be so nice if someone would give a little bit of attention to it.
Disliked: The hotel was disgusting and the staff did not care at all. Nobody is showing no pride in their property and it could be an awesome hotel. The trash cans were overflowing when we arrived and were never taken out. There was no shower curtain.

Liked: I will no longer go to this hotel. I didn't post my previous complaint of the same problem, but this time something needed to be said. For the third time the past few months no rooms are clean, but the site says rooms available and there not.
Disliked: Fake advertising here stop saying you have rooms available online getting customers to pay, only to be highly disappointed at arrival no rooms available.
