Disliked: Front desk clerk clothing was extremely dirty.

Liked: I liked the pool and we adored Jasmine at the front desk!
Disliked: I did not like that we asked for new blankets and sheets twice and were told NO! And we had to ask for things ourselves

Liked: I liked the room. It was clean. I loved the bath.
Disliked: You advertised a "Free Breakfast". It was hardly that. Bad muffins and coffee/tea. Even the Denny's was closed. The area seemed like the worst part of Melbourne.

Liked: It was OK for a short stay on the way down to the Keys. Staff was kind and helpful
Disliked: Nothing specific, got what expected

Liked: Clean, perfect for a night.
Disliked: We had to call the front desk twice because we kept hearing loud explosion-like noises. It was really unsettling and made us feel unsafe. We were genuinely scared and hoped for a quicker or more reassuring response. Unfortunately, this affected our overall experience.
