Liked: Beds were super comfy. Good location.
Disliked: Not much of a breakfast to pick from I have a food allergy and could not eat anything there. The floors looked like they hadn't been swept in weeks.

Run! Don't stay here!
Liked: I did not like anything about this place except the location.
Disliked: The room was very dirty and had a bad smell. Hair in the drains, dirt on the night table, the bathtub was dirty, looked like blood on the floor. Brown stains behind the bathroom door. We could not stay in this place for even 1 night. Found out from another hotel that Dyas Inn is not supposed to be open for business due to bed bugs.

Liked: I stayed the night before and it was amazing. Clean room everything great other than there were no rags. I went and asked for some and she gave me one so me and my bf had to share a wash rag. I stayed the next night and it was gross. The room smelled bad and when I turned on the heater it was worse. I moved the covers and a roach was crawling on my pillow. I went to the bathroom and when I came back I seen 2 babies on the mirror. I was disgusted. I went and told the lady at the desk and she gave me big spray. I asked for a new room and she said she will see but I never heard anything the rest of the night. I had had a very long day and was exhausted so I sprayed around the bed and went to sleep. I think for 100 a night I shouldn't of had to spray bug spray and should of been offered a refund, discount, or a different room. I didn't pay 60$ a room across town bc it has roaches but to pay more and still have them was disappointing.
