Liked: I expected real breakfast like pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and waffles like other hotels l've been to. All I got was a Granola bar and a choice of juice or coffee. I went to that hotel with my wife and brother-inlaw from Africa. I booked that hotel because it says breakfast included. I am a man not a kid to be given a Granola bar for breakfast. I will not make that mistake again. The rooms are great but breakfast sucks.
Disliked: The breakfast sucks. Who eats Granola bar for breakfast?

Liked: Good value. Decent sized room. Clean.
Disliked: Noisy AC unit. Constant rattle. Arrived after 11pm so lobby wasn't open. Our method of payment required a PIN. Hotel agent asked for us to write down the PIN and give it to her in order to process payment. This procedure is unacceptable. Once our ID was validated and it was confirmed we were guests, option to enter the PIN ourself should have been made available.
