The front desk attendant was in no hurry to check us in. The electrics was very strange. We had to unplug the lamp by the TV to operate the TV and vice versa. The clock never worked. A very angry pool attendant was also very rude to us when we were swimming 1 minute past the pool closing time. One good point - the room was clean.

We were pleased with our stay at the Mankato-Days Inn. The room seemed clean and the bathroom was clean which is the most important thing! Bed was comfortable. We were close to downtown and the Ribfest and Tracy Lawrence concert. Easy to get to and get back!

Disliked: Language barrier with the staff. Staff was very rude even combative. The entire hotel smelled very strongly of Indian food. Under construction.

Disliked: They don’t have what you need, the staff are never at the front desk. You have to call them. They enter your room without asking for nonemergency reasons. And they do not do what they say they’re gonna do. I’ve stayed at 200+ hotels and this was the worst state I have ever had.

Liked: They are in renovation mode - so they are turning an old building and making it new. Thankfully I had a new renovated room.
Disliked: Very old building - no elevator - breakfast was Eh. But enough and thankful there was something. It looks a bit shabby and and the grounds are not very nice.

Liked: Everything was perfect except that even they say that have 24 hours desk service, they don’t. I arrived around 3:00 am , and had to wait til 5:00 am to check in.

Liked: It was very clean throughout the building, the things I disliked were the staff and bow rude they were, didn't know you couldn't have guest in the pool with you didn't see the sign till I walked out to go to front desk where he was rude, they should have signs posted in the front check-in about the pool too. Building was busy with alot of teens and parties got woken up by fighting and the beds were hard. For the price of the room foe one night wad ridiculous high, it was a ghetto motel for the price.
