Convenient location and comfortable bed.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean. No extra charge for parking, Asked to have a mountain view however it was not available so they assigned me a room with a view of a wooded area and creek.
Disliked: Eggs at breakfast were watery. No hand soap in the bathroom, had to ask for it and it was promptly delivered to the room. Towels were thin,

Liked: Needed to gradually acclimatize to elevation before going to higher altitude. Manitou Springs area was the perfect fit for our purpose. About two years ago, we had stayed at this Days Inn and it was decent, so we chose to go back.

Disliked: Chairs in the room very uncomfortable! The frame on the bed made nose with every move! Need bars on the jacuzzi tub for safety!!!!

Disliked: If you are going to serve fruit- make it fresh and not bruised.

Disliked: - my room was cancelled and then they pretended to upgrade me but I ended up in a room with only 1 bed and a sofa bed instead of 2 beds-back door would not unlock with key so difficult to get in and out on our side of the hotel -breakfast was not great - eggs were completely cold
