Perfect location

Liked: The location was outstanding. We came for the incline and all Manitou Springs had to offer and it was right in the middle of it all. Parking was free and convenient. There was free hot breakfast. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The shower didn't get very hot. The hot tub was a bit dirty.

Pretty place but will try...

Liked: Looked nice
Disliked: Very loud neighbors. No insulation. You could hear everything. Breakfast cold and undercooked.

Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t good. The eggs potatoes and sausage were all over cooked. Luckily there was oatmeal packets.

Liked: Hot tub, good breakfast, easy access to room, parking
Disliked: Bed was so hard I woke up hurting. Pillows too tightly packed.

Good location, pillows to high...

Liked: It's in a good location.It was cleanYou could open the window for fresh air.The breakfast was ok.The staff were pleasant.
Disliked: The thin walls and floor. We could just about hear peoples conversations on either side of us. It was extremely noisy. When they used their bathroom fan next door it was very noisy. We could hear every footstep from the people upstairs. The pillows were very thick and we got sore necks and shoulders from the pillows. I asked for thinner pillows but still too thick.
