Liked: Close to concert venue
Disliked: Dirty, roaches, old man (who I later found out was an employee) peeking through the room windows

I wouldnt stay again.

Liked: The staff was friendly. Beds were clean and well made.
Disliked: There were roaches in the room. I think there may be long term residents there. We were woken up by a screaming fight at 4:30 am and it lasted until almost 6.

Overall, it’s an okay stay...

Liked: Location was near many food places. Price point was good for a last minute trip. Beds were decent. Good a/c unit. Front desk was kind.
Disliked: Location was sketchy. Not somewhere I would stay longer than a night or two. Room wasn’t the cleanest. Minor dirt and debris in corners of room, but did have some areas that obviously weren’t properly wiped and clean. Just obvious they don’t properly clean. Requested a handicap room due to health issues and there is ZERO ways someone with a wheelchair would be able to use this room. Not a walk in shower (massive tub with large lip to step into. Bathtub chair that was provided doesn’t fit in the tub at all, and there is not enough space to maneuver a wheelchair into this room.

Liked: Great value. Very kind check in staff. Got a ground floor unit. Was able to park at the door. Room has recently been updated. Great shower, comfy beds. Spotless.
Disliked: After asking about breakfast, we decided to skip it as there were no hot protein options. At this price point, no big deal.
