Disappointing

Bad

Liked: Convenience
Disliked: No lights in bathroom, tv didn't work, refrigerator didn't work, microwave didn't work, pool and hot tub closed, couldn't sleep because of people making noise and arguing all night. Cookers and homeless people hanging outside everywhere. I was supposed to stay there again on my way back through Lubbuck, but I canceled. Oh and there wasn't any breakfast like advertised.

One of the worst three...

Liked: The courtyard area was unique, but that was about the only positive. Oh and it's the first smoking hotel I've stayed in since about 2009.
Disliked: Bedding in one room was nasty with what looked like fresh urine stains on the sheets, blood on a mattress and something that either came out of someone's lungs or stomach on the bed skirt. There was no comforters in one room just sheets used as bed spreads.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful, quiet and the pool was nice

Not at all satisfied

Liked: Nothing!
Disliked: That the breakfast was not at all satisfying on Saturday, there was food items missing all there was was waffles! The rooms need a lot of updating! Mattresses, foundations, pillows, carpets, curtains, lamps, basically everything!
