Liked: Check-in staff were willing to change our room when we complained of the pet urine odor.
Disliked: The room was very dirty - hairs in the shower, some kind of spilled, sticky substance on the bedside table, floors not swept or mopped. People staying in adjacent room were up until 3am with their door open, talking loudly. Then their dog started howling and continued until early morning. The first room we were given smelled so strongly of pet urine that we asked to change the room. They have very bright exterior lights that leak in through the curtains and could not be blocked. The rooms are very neglected with worn furnishings, flooring, and bath fixtures.
