One of the worst hotels...

Liked: Roach infested, no towels, no ice, t.v not working , no soap, snack machine out of order, side doors open all night with no security and cold water. Worst of all the staff were not available even by telephone. We will never stay at this hotel again
Disliked: If you advertise continental breakfast, then have that available for the guests.

Liked: Bed was comfy
Disliked: There was rat poop in the ac, the front desk person kept leaving and our card wouldn’t work the second day

Staying close to a location...

Liked: Wasn’t able to locate ppl working up front to check in when we got there. Only have stairs to get to second floor with all our bags. Once in room we had no towels or washcloths. Told front seat and her only reply was that’s weird. For 4 guest she gave me three sets and towels and cloths. We used side door to return after dinner and door was not locked, was being held open by a rock in door. So ppl could come and go as they pleased. Also the smell of weed filled stairs and hallway.
Disliked: There was no breakfast. When we asked at check in she said we got cereal.

Disliked: The was not hot water then they had a leak and cut the water off so the two days I was there we had no water at all and they kept saying they were working on it but never fixed it we had to leave the hotel to take showers

Liked: We stayed there before, the location is good for what we need.
Disliked: Yes, our room was dirty. No hot water! We had to shower in another room. The heater was extremely noisy & was blowing out dust balls everywhere. The fridge was sticky & remote was sticky. Definitely not as good as our 1st stay. Much worse this time.

Liked: The front desk lady! She was friendly, professional, courteous and caring.
Disliked: The water in the bathroom showers doesnt get hot enough. Not even as hot as the sink water. The fitness center is not open. The side door malfunctions and its too difficult to open. The linens are thin and hard. There is no better option in this town.
