It was an overall, good, normal visit; check-out was at 11 am but someone came knocking on my door at 9:50 which was kind of random since we were trying to get ready to leave, PLUS we were in the bathroom so they almost just walked right in with their access card. Besides that there wasn't anything wrong with our stay. The room next to us had their door open the entire day and the entire night, yet there was nobody there. Good hotel, good price, good stay!

Perfect for our stay but...

Liked: Love the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms.
Disliked: It feels like the property is under constant rennovation but has not been completed. Very poor job of painting of the hallways and rooms and somethings need to be fixed or repaired.

good spot for a quick...

Liked: beds were comfy, staff friendly, and location perfect accross from White Oaks Mall
Disliked: carpets were unkept, the walls could use a coat of paint and there was no body wash

Disliked: The hotel is very old and not well maintained. The hallways smell like mold. The rooms need to be renovated. The cleanliness was OK at best. The first room we got was not properly clean (stain on the sheets tells a lot), but we complained and they gave us another room without much fuss and the second room was much cleaner. Not the best place to stay if you don't have kids to use the pool.

Disappointing

Liked: Location. The bathroom and beds were clean. Staff was friendly and quick to assist.
Disliked: Holes in the bathroom wall and ceiling. Air was heavy on the lungs in a relatively dirty hallway. Electric sockets did not work. The fridge was not working and stank when opened. Coffee maker was dusty and no socket to plug it in. Was only provided one room key. AC was extremely loud and took the entire night to cool the room - migraine sufferers take note. Bottom line, if you are staying for a few hours and want to save money, then stay. If you dont like icky places, then avoid it. Personally, I will Not stay again.
