Kimberlin D, Burlington, visiting London Music Hall Sat, 4 October 2014
It was an overall, good, normal visit; check-out was at 11 am but someone came knocking on my door at 9:50 which was kind of random since we were trying to get ready to leave, PLUS we were in the bathroom so they almost just walked right in with their access card. Besides that there wasn't anything wrong with our stay. The room next to us had their door open the entire day and the entire night, yet there was nobody there. Good hotel, good price, good stay!

The staff was awesome but...
Liked: The Staff were great and so friendly. The house keepers were alway very cheerful and the front desk on arrival and departure were amazing.
Disliked: The rooms were awful. Everything was very out dated. The heater was broken and just laying there for the week of my stay, the walls were dirty and the locks on the outside doors, didn?t work. The price was cheap but I would rather pay more next time than stay here again.

Please pay e little more...
Disliked: THE INCOMPETENCE OF THE EMPLOYEES A/C AND FRIDGE NOT WORKING THAT RESULTED IN A MOVE TO A NEW ROOM. Received 2 vouchers for all the trouble caused and the time wasted. We paid $2.50 plus tax for 4 half slices of toast we ordered because we receive just 2 half slice of toast per person. It is a shame.

Other than the problems checking...
Liked: rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. Location was very handy and accessible to many restaurants and shopping choices.
Disliked: I was not happy with the check in process. I reserved and paid for 2 rooms for myself and my mother a month in advance of our arrival. We went to check in at 2:20 pm and were told they needed to find us rooms and to please have a seat in the lobby. Around 3 pm I went back up to desk to see if they had our rooms as while we were waiting other people had checked in and received rooms. I was finally told they had 2 rooms but they were quite far apart. I explained that that was not acceptable as one room was for myself and one was for my 80 yr old mother and we preferred to be fairly close together. I also explained that we needed our rooms as we needed to be somewhere for 4 pm and would like to get situated and freshened up. We were finally given one room around 3:20pm and told the second one would be ready in about 20 minutes. We also were given a coupon for free breakfast as a form of compensation. While the breakfast was appreciated, I feel it was unacceptable and very inconvenient to have to wait for rooms that were booked well in advance. Also upon checkout they tried to charge me for the rooms and I had to point out that they were prepaid, which she verified by looking at her screen.
