Rooms were very clean and updated. Not even butts in the parking lot. Also close to NY State Fairgrounds.

Beyond 5 stars

Liked: We just needed a place for the night after already driving for 9 hours, the night guy on duty was beyond 5 stars helpful and nice. Very compassionate & made our stay very comfortable.

Disliked: I’ve breakfast was awful . They had no decaf coffee. I had to kill spiders in the room.

These accommodations were disappointing.

Liked: The bed and pillows were comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: Upon walking into the room, it smelled like weed. There was a small hole in the bathroom wall, above the toilet. About the size of a bullet hole. I filled the hole with toilet paper, upon which the hole got bigger - rotted wall? The toilet was not clean. There was no remote for the tv. It was late so I didn't call the front desk - we just went to bed. The next morning I did mention there was no remote and the friendly man at the front desk promptly brought one to our room - however he didn't seem surprised when I said there was not one in there - is it common to have to ask for a remote? I purposely chose this location because it said breakfast was included. There were 4 bagels, some bread for toast, a few mini muffins, and yogurt. I would hardly call that breakfast. Maybe adjust it to say Continental Breakfast. Breakfast leads one to believe there will be eggs, waffles, or something of the like. I had reserved and paid for the room for 2 nights, but we left after the first night, even though I would not be refunded. This place needs some help.

Liked: I’m not sure if I can call 2 different kinds of cereal and opened milk a real breakfast. The location was actually the best/only good thing about the stay. Well, the lady who initially checked us in and the maintenance guy who tried to fix the smell were also pretty good.
Disliked: The overall cleanliness of the rooms, a proper working sink and air conditioner!
