Timothy, Norfolk, visiting NY State Fair
Rooms were very clean and updated. Not even butts in the parking lot. Also close to NY State Fairgrounds.
Liked: Very clean.
Disliked: Nothing.

Just 100% awful
Liked: Breakfast was not offered
Disliked: Front desk staff refused to call taxi for me. Hotel dated and felt unsafe. Will be contacting Days Inn head office. This place is an embarrassment to the Days Inn name.

Not a traditional Days Inn
Liked: Room was ok
Disliked: Property was unkept, room smelled bad...like mildew/ mold. Whole building smelled funny. This is a property that the state send homeless to. Didn't feel safe. This is not a traditional Days Inn

Roaches
Liked: Nothing it was awful.
Disliked: The roaches, nonworking TV remote, and property being unkempt. Transient families live there and people who have an addiction.

It worked.
Disliked: I am currntly being billed on or by Booking.Com/Days Inn for the price of the room,74.52 and Days Inn is billing my credit card for the room and security for 174.52. whats with that? Google maps took us across the street ,was at 2 Wyndam Properties before we got to our booked motel. Very annoying to have to screw around with Booking .com ,really Way more trouble than what it is worth. You see now I have to babysit my credit card page and see what happens to my bill. Had to get the clerk to get the lights on ,seems the one inside the door didn't work. Dirt in the corner by the heater,wonder about the rest of the floor.

Ended on a good note,...
Liked: I appreciated being listened to when a couple things went sour. I liked the room- it was clean and didn't have carpet on the floor which I loved! The overnight front desk agent was kind even though there was a misunderstanding with him as well- he was professional and really showed that he understands what good customer service is..The owner was also professional and it showed the way he went about accommodating my needs.
Disliked: When I first arrived the gentleman at the front desk was rude and dismissive, he wasn't at the front desk both times I went to speak with him and had to wait for at least 5 or 10 minutes each time.
