Very poor

Liked: Did not like other than location to UAMS
Disliked: Everything, lots of pot smokers, toilet didn't flush properly, staff were rude and room was not clean

Disliked: I booked with booking.com a double bed non smoking and got 1 king bed smoking room with 3 children in which they refused to fix. There was painter plastic all over the pictures and smoke detectors. There was food left in the fridge from previous guests, the toilet did not work, the pool rails were broken with sharp metal exposed. They made you show a piece of paper to eat the crappy breakfast. The key card was only good for 3 hours until you had to go to the front desk for them to re new it. The water didn’t work and it was 98 degrees and there was no AC. I have complained to the property and booking.com and neither has done anything regarding this matter.

Disliked: The employees were rude. There was sandwich bread pieces hard and crusty on the floor it was Smokey plastic all over the floor dried up bug on the bed

Disliked: Did not like having $100 hold on my card when it said on website that it was only $50.

Location is not ideal or...

Liked: Staff at reception was professional.
Disliked: We had the reservation canceled by the hotel because when we arrived, we were told the water was not working and they had no ETA for repair. We did not receive a text/email/call about this before the 700-mile drive to the hotel. Location is not near I40.
