Disliked: Nothing it was good

It's a good place if...

Liked: I liked the location.
Disliked: I did not like the room. Walls, vents, the shower and most of the furniture were all broken. The sheets had burn holes in them. The walls were DIRTY and the paint was peeling. The bathroom vent was broken off the wall. The tub didn't drain. The mini fridge leaked water. However, the location within the city was great and staff was nice.

Disliked: The room was horrible dead bugs and looked like it hadn’t been swept in idk how long. The bathroom was disgusting. The showers wasn’t clean looked like fungus was on it and the toilet had dark spots all around it. We had to go by cleaning supplies just to clean the bathroom

Liked: The staff was very rude. We called beforehand to request adjoining rooms. Clerk asked if we wanted up or down. I asked what that meant, and he hanged up on me. I let that go. When we checked, they never addressed us. When I asked for help , they told me they were busy and I had to wait for 15 minutes. Then they proceeded to inform us that if we dirty the towels or wash cloths, they were going to charge us because they were tired of make-up destroying their stuff. When I told him I've never heard of that policy.He told me that's because I've never traveled. I've been to 17 states plus 2 different countries. I've never experienced a hotel with this kind of rudeness.
Disliked: The employees, stains on the chairs and on the walls.
