Bad experience so we left...
Disliked: Stains on the wall and possibly bed bugs and the bed broke

Liked: we didn’t even get a chance to stay at the property, about a day or two before I spoke to the front desk representative and asked him what the timeframe was to be able to pay on time of check-in as that is the option I chose when booking this location the front desk person told me that we can pay whenever we get there however, if we are not there by 10:00 PM, they will have to charge the card understanding that I said OK and hung up the phone with the fun sitting in the account on the way to the property 10 o’clock roll around and I don’t get an email receipt. Don’t get any type of notification that the payment has gone through so I called them and they explained that the reservation was canceled at 9:30 because at 9 o’clock, they tried to call me. My phone records showed no missed calls and no voicemails from the location, phone number and then when trying to talk to the front desk associate, he keeps cutting me off and not allowing me to speak it just repeating the same thing about how they had to cancel it because they couldn’t get in touch with me being about an hour away. I asked them if I’m going to be able to get a room they tell me that they’re already booked up and the only availability is for that night only with a rate of $600 that is $200 more than a two night stay from our previous reservation only for one night with that being said I said OK thank you you hung up the phone and had to make other plans, very disappointed in the customer service and the overall experience just talking on the phone with them gave me it’s somewhat gave me relief that I didn’t get to stay at that location just because of how they treated me and my wife over the phone

Dissappointed with no pool use...
Liked: Nice location.
Disliked: Waited for pool towels that never came, so we had to leave without pool access.

Disappointing, unfortunate stay for me...
Liked: It’s in a good location, lots of food and gas stations around in walking distance.
Disliked: Run down motel, which is not advertised that it is a motel rather than a hotel. Nothing like expected, and I would have much rather paid the extra $30 or so for a much much better stay. Horrible black mold smell, and visible mold on the walls. Sheets stained. Poorly cleaned room. We nicknamed some foreign object under the bed “the cheese touch”. Not good.

I can still smell the...
Liked: It reeked like cigarettes, even though it was a non-smoking room. I needed to put down a cash deposit, which was peculiar. There were literal tweakers hanging outside late night. The staff was by no means friendly.
