Days Inn by Wyndham Lisbon

A decent reasonable stay.

Liked: The breakfast was fair. Nothing special but they did have eggs, waffles and some cereals. It suited my needs.

Good

Liked: Place was clean and being updated, staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: They have hard water, you know where you have that like almost slimy feeling when your trying to rinse the soap off. So it took forever to rinse off. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. And instead of bacon or sausage with the breakfast the had diced ham about the size of bacon bits to go with your scrambled eggs.

Poor customer service, even worse...

Disliked: We arrived a little bit early, and we were told that there would be an extra $40 charge to let us check in early. Then we were told that there was no elevator. We ended up canceling our reservation and drove on home.

Disliked: Listed a bar, and there’s no bar. None of the ice machines worked and the breakfast was not good.

Liked: Location was convenient for where we needed to go the following day
Disliked: We were given a room on the 2nd floor and had to use a luggage cart however there was no elevator so we ended up carrying all the luggage up the stairs to get to our room..and they had no ice machine due to the only one in the building being broken..the front desk staff were nice but seemed very unconcerned with the situation of the lack of conveniences that every hotel should have.. and my wife had to go down to the front desk to obtain a hir dryer after she got out of the shower because there was not one in our room..
