Bed and a shower

Liked: It was a fairly clean room that fit our need
Disliked: Breakfast was in the back of hotel and it was horrible hard bread and hockey puck bagels. Milk was expired and staff was sitting outside the rooms chain smoking while people were coming and going for breakfast. While checking in asked the gal where she would go for dinner? Her response was hmm I don’t know where do you want to go???

Liked: The only thing we really enjoy since we are still here is the low rates.
Disliked: The pool is still not open! That's the one thing everyone looks forward to, especially us. It's been one thing after another with it. The housekeepers are great. However, the office staff is iffy... They are remodeling and do not care about you or your children in the process. I think maybe they should just tear the building down and start fresh instead of putting band-aid on things and expecting people to think that they are doing a great remodeling job. Fridges has mold, no phone, tvs don't work, cable in and out...It's ridiculous

Liked: So neat, clean and the receptionist was just great. She showed us where everything was and made sure we were settled in.

Disliked: We left expensive medicine there. Called after departure and front desk could not have cared less. Not sure she even inquired. Told exactly where it was( refrigerator) she said would get back to us and never another word. Bottom floor was being remolded. Had some construction workers living there. They were nice and quiet though.
