Liked: The staff were wonderfully accommodating and friendly. They were so helpful and professional as well. The room was very clean.The price was very good and the breakfast offered was beyond exceptional!
Disliked: The room felt quite small. There was no designated outdoor location to smoke where a guest could feel comfortable. Perhaps an outdoor ashtray to suggest a designated smoking location would even be helpful.

Was just ok and would...

Liked: Staff was very welcoming when we arrived, but sometime felt bothered if you had any questions. Rooms are tiny and outdated, our bathtub had big chips out of it. They supplied big bottles of hair care products, body wash and hand soaps but were all in locked compartments, made you feel like a criminal and untrustworthy. Rooms did not have a thermostat to turn down the heat. Pool area was nice but the slide was turned off most of the time making it impossible for the kids to use. Hot tub are was disgustingly gross. Used bandages on the floor where people sit and other debris all over. Breakfast was great could have been more options but nonetheless it was good. Check In and check out was effortless as it could be all done online

Liked: Breakfast was good. Hot tub was down for maintenance. Place is old but it was clean.
Disliked: Pool area needs some dry wall repairs and paint.
