Liked: Clean and a comfortable bed
Disliked: I booked 4 nights and it was more expensive every night from the first night and I tried discussing it with the clerk and was not given the time to even look into it or explained how the points work also the web site said it was 10 dollars cheaper than I was charged and again with 4 nights I should have acquired the points according to the points system on the counter a free night as well as discount for the 4 nights and also I have not received a explanation or return messages to the message I have sent yet and the night clerk is just to busy to even talk or say anything unless I guess it's an emergency

Disliked: I paid for a king with a Jacuzzi tub, and they marked it up, proceeded to give me the wrong room twice and wanted me to pay the difference on a room. I already paid forWhen I brought this to the woman's attention, she said, oh I see it. There's nothing I can do right now. The rooms extra. Do you want to pay the difference? Breakfast on the website was misleading.If I wanted a shit breakfast I would have gone to a gas station. The pool was broken as well. The tub was gross and smelled of pee. The a/c was not working right. The pillows were small and felt like paper.

Liked: Breakfast was non existent!!! My husband went down to get some orange juice, there was only apple. And we expected more than cereal but there was not!!

Disliked: I booked the room on booking and chose to pay later at check in. The clerk cancelled my room 30 minutes after I booked it and showed up to check in at around 10pm 'because my card declined'. I didn't get any notice or anything and on booking my reservation still said it was confirmed. He then stated money comes first and said we could book another room but at triple the price. He didn't care that he screwed me over and acted as if we didn't matter. I ended up having to search all over for another room and drive to another location I didn't prefer to be in. It was a joke.
