Liked: The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable. The small fridge came in handy.
Disliked: The heat pump in the room was loud and vibrated. It took several attempts at re-positioning the cover to get it to stop vibrating. The shower head would not adjust to a consistent spray pattern. Instead, the water came out of half the shower head in a single, solid stream, like from a water hose. There were no USB charge ports in the room--a puzzling oversight in this day and age. There was no de-caf coffee supplied. I had to go down and ask for it at the front desk. When we did make the coffee in the room, it was awful. The breakfast bar was the most lack-lustre that I have seen at a Days Inn. Scrambled eggs the first day, hard-boiled eggs the second. Nothing else to go with the eggs; white and brown bread for toast; mini-muffins the first day, cinnamon bagels the next; DIY waffles, yogurt, milk, four kinds of cereals; I tried the orange juice the first morning and received half water. The machine was obviously empty. I didn't try the apple juice. No other selection of juice. That was the breakfast bar in its entirety. We went to Lakeside Bakery and Cafe--287 Erie Street, South--and bought our breakfast instead. There was ever only one clerk on the front desk and he seemed always busy with myriad tasks. Customers were routinely left waiting for him to come back from--somewhere. We did not get a printed or even an emailed invoice after checking out. A phone call back to the hotel went straight to voicemail. There seemed to be chronic and acute lack of staff. Being clean just did not make up for the cuts to staffing and therefore customer service.

Liked: The breakfast was the basic hotel breakfast. A variety of baked goods and breads, Cereal and yogurt. Eggs were offered both days of my stay but no bacon or sausage either day. Waffles and syrup were excellent.The rooms are large and clean with comfortable beds.The pool was a nice treat but the hot tub was out of service.
Disliked: There was no attendant in the breakfast area and when things ran low you had to track someone down to get them replenished.

Good stay in general

Liked: Great location. It was mainly clean. Internet works great. Staff was friendly and somewhat helpful.
Disliked: No help with the bags was offered even though I was a solo traveler with big bags and no cart was offered. At least, I got the service elevator working because I could have never be able to go upstairs with them

Awesome, great hospitality, good breakfast,...

Liked: All were perfectly setup as one desires during a family vacation. I went with my spouse, and 2 kids - one 8yrs old, and the other 1yr old. I took a king room and it had all amenities. I also took a crib for my 1yr and it was provided immediately upon arrival. At the reception, there was a lady - Anu (Aunty) - expectedly as old as my mom - thus calling "Aunty". She was so welcoming, and loved my children. She suggested us few places like "Dairy Freez" - an ice-cream parlour for my daughter, "Colasanti's Tropical Gardens" for variety of plants and most importantly freshly made Cinnamon Sugar Donuts in their restaurant.Overall, I would surely come back again and stay in the same hotel.
Disliked: Truly speaking, there's nothing that I disliked.
