Exceptional Service and a great...

Liked: James and Theresa at Reception are a credit to your Hotel. Usually only staying at Best Western Hotels as a Diamond Select Member your Hotel rates with the best BW we stay at. Special thanks to James for helping me with my phone problems.

Liked: Close to hotel my son was staying at
Disliked: Dirty smelled of cigarette smoke although we booked a nonsmoking room and website states it’s a nonsmoking hotel staff was not helpful including not being able to find our reservation placed days before bathroom had trash left in it and some type of ring or stain in tub our pillows had some type of hair left on them
