Liked: Very nice and courteous receptionist. Convenient location near restaurants, gas. Rooms were nice.
Disliked: The A/C was super noisy, heard it all night. Too many homeless & drug addicts on property.

Surprised by how tidy and...

Liked: Clean, close to downtown, and not loud. The parking was super convenient and the rooms were really nice for what you pay.
Disliked: Walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors quite clearly.

Disliked: That I haven’t received my refund for the hotel refusing our stay - despite following hotels procedures to change the name the manager said it ‘hadn’t shown up in their system’ having to FaceTime from hospital to try and sort it out and being met with rudeness - it’s been a month why haven’t I received a refund I have done everything from contacting hotel directly to trying to despite this on booking.com nothing has worked. I just want my money back
