Not bad, not wonderful

Liked: Great price, some updated features in the hotel
Disliked: Some things in the room were broken or didn't work. Housing on HVAC unit was broken, fridge did not cool, for example.

Liked: Our room was canceled before we arrived. We arrived very late and I did not think we would have somewhere to stay but Ramesh was at the front and he provided us with excellent customer service. Ramesh went above and beyond to make sure we got a room. I don't usually do reviews but what did was beyond customer service.
