Disliked: The room was filthy dirty. It was really damp in the room and the room smelled musty.

Liked: Very nice room. Great value
Disliked: There was no closet to hang items only 2 pegs. Also no hangers.

Disliked: Was given a dirty room then the second room they gave us the air condition hardly worked. It leaked all over the floor. The fridge leaked all over the floor. Staff attempted to say that there was complaints about my one year-old and three-year-old being too loud which there’s no way they also tried saying that we signed up for 6 AM wake up call. They called us at 5:15 and at 5:45 hardly any water pressure in the shower. Staff was rude. They’re in the middle of remodeling and they have pulled up the carpet off of the steps and there’s nails popped out. only one receptacle worked in our room. Only one set of lights worked in our room. The sink in the second room was filthy with food in it from the person before.

Not worth the price.

Liked: The hotel was close to the attraction's venue we were in town to attend.
Disliked: Breakfast was minimal; only cereal, hard muffins, weak juices (apple and orange), coffee was cold. The hotel was renovating several rooms on the first floor (the same floor we were assigned) and we were not informed of this prior to our arrival. We had reserved four rooms and several of my party were awaken to sawing, vacuuming/sanding, banging, etc. This was our second time staying at this location, however, the first time was much more pleasant. I do not think I would return to this location.

Liked: Stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms, when the task is done, it should be really nice.
Disliked: This particular week I stayed in 3 Days Inn locations, Gettysburg, Ocean City, and Ronk. First two, pre check in was done on line, walked in got my keys and left. Ronk Days Inn, had to show drivers license, credit card. What was the purpose of doing pre check in on line. Don't like putting my personal information out there, but it saved time. Why was this Days Inn different? Landscaping was a joke, appearance is everything. Construction is one thing, but at least mow and clean up around the facility.

Convenient location but would not...

Liked: Convenience to shopping and testa
Disliked: Room outdated and appeared mold behind air conditioner. Very noisy at night and early morning

The best place to stay...

Liked: The staff was very very polite professional and accommodating the facility had a lovely continental breakfast there was a washer and dryer available which I've never seen that anywhere so that was great they also had a mini Casino which is awesome and lots of Flyers of things to do overall my stay was amazing I would recommend the window Lancaster PA touch country Days in Hotel to anyone and everyone it was really a great experience even though they are renovating you would never know it was very clean
Disliked: There isn't anything I didn't like about my stay This facility And the management The housekeeping We're wonderful I have no complaints there is nothing wrong with my stay it was wonderful parking was great the location is amazing I loved it At a very good time No complaints
