The best place to stay...

Liked: The staff was very very polite professional and accommodating the facility had a lovely continental breakfast there was a washer and dryer available which I've never seen that anywhere so that was great they also had a mini Casino which is awesome and lots of Flyers of things to do overall my stay was amazing I would recommend the window Lancaster PA touch country Days in Hotel to anyone and everyone it was really a great experience even though they are renovating you would never know it was very clean
Disliked: There isn't anything I didn't like about my stay This facility And the management The housekeeping We're wonderful I have no complaints there is nothing wrong with my stay it was wonderful parking was great the location is amazing I loved it At a very good time No complaints

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Bathroom was filthy wasn’t sure the linens on the bed were clean the electrical outlets were faulty and the lobby smelled like someone vomited clearly disgusting location

Liked: The location was great!
Disliked: It just felt old and run down a little. It was clean which was nice and we loved the wood floor. We did notice they are in the process of remodeling so that is good.

Liked: Cereal and coffee that's it lied to saying they had a pool and they didn't pissed me off I was lied to never go to that hotel again
Disliked: No pool lied to I was told they have one

Rather disappointed….

Liked: Beds and pillows were comfy… slept well
Disliked: Think they should let us no no elevators… we were 2 elderly 70+ ladies .. steps were difficult!Ice machine wasn’t easy to find!Corners of bathroom were very dirty!When we got ready to check out no one was at desk.. said they would return as they were helping a guest and to help ourselves to a cup of coffee or tea while we waited.. which would have been fine except they had no tea bags out( we don’t drink coffee)after 10 minutes a guy came from the back .. I said well wanted to check out he took our key and said is that it.. I said yes but we would have liked to have a cup of tea but there were no tea bags! He laughed and shook his head and turned and walked back into the office not even saying thank you for staying with us or sorry about not having tea… but he just walked away! Thought it was rather rude and no very guest friendly!
