Disappointed.

Liked: No breakfast.
Disliked: We were charged a pet fee of $80 per day for 2 days for 2 small dogs. One day they did not provide housekeeping service.

Disliked: The additional charges for everything. 99.98% of hotels have a complimentary breakfast. You charged outrageous prices for -1 food, and it was an hour late ..

Alright for a quick stay....

Liked: The property and room were clean and easy to see, right along the highway. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Not always someone at the front desk to help with questions or pickup confections. No complimentary drinking water provided in the room. That may not be standard practice to provide, but everywhere else that I’ve stayed there is always complimentary bottled water provided. No Continental breakfast. There’s a nook in the lobby that may have offered a continental breakfast at one time but it is now pay only and outrageously priced. I asked at the desk; it’s not associated with the hotel. Didn’t eat there.

Always a great stay and...

Liked: Staff is always friendly and they make your stay as best they can. Easy access when you come for an appointment in Lamont, its the perfect place.You can barely hear the train during the night.
Disliked: They need to pay attention to the water damage that is happening in the bathrooms
