Liked: The location was excellent, easy access. The employee were nice
Disliked: Everything was good. Breakfast needs a little more of variation.

Horrible! Do not stay here!

Disliked: I did not have a good experience here unfortunately. The noise level was terrible. Guests surrounding me were slamming doors, yelling, banging, etc. for hours on end. I called the front desk and did not receive any support or assistance. The room was far from clean. The layers of dust on the table nightstand and telephone were appalling and I knew no one has wiped it in months. The AC didn’t function and the room had a terrible smell of mold mixed with old smoke. Thank God I brought my own towels bc I would never use the ones left for me. I had several bugs in the room I had to kill. It was just terrible. The rooms is also not inept or well maintained aesthetically as the furniture and lamps ALL have chipped paint or visible wear that shows no one has attempted to maintain it at all. I’ve never been more disappointed in a hotel stay in my life. I paid a healthy fee to stay here expecting quality, cleanliness and peace to rest. I did not receive this.

Liked: The breakfast included was great, but it needs more food in the area. 6am to 9am. I went by 8am, there wasn't plenty.

Disliked: Breakfast was so bad that you had to play hide and seek with staff just to ask for utensils. Breakfast only had toast no sausage or patty, 1st day there were no eggs, 2nd day rhe pancakes tasted sour.

Liked: They accommodated me when I needed to stay an extra day. Reception just kept the security deposit for the extra stay day. There are eating spots nearby. I only had the McDonalds and it was good. Overall clean. Refrigerator and microwave in the room that was plus.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the sink for the bathroom was outside the bathroom with the mirror and it was so close to the door. Also there was no closet and no long mirror to look at your clothes. The key card for the door didn’t always work. Wasn’t a smart tv to watch apps on.

Disappointing

Liked: I like that the property was close by convenient shopping areas, stores, and restaurants.
Disliked: 1. The layout of the bedroom.2. Small fridge3. No microwave4. House keeping didn’t clean our room.5. WiFi was super slow6. Hallway had a mixed smell of old musk and cigarettes.
