Convenient place to stay for...

Liked: Convenient location. Ok option for just passing through for the night.
Disliked: The stairs closest to our room were broken and not properly taped off. The floor in our room was very sticky. The bathroom did not feel clean. There was something brown dripping down the bathroom door as well as the toilet. The toilet was broken. The TV remote did not work.
