Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: *Blood on the bathroom floor*Roaches EVERYWHERE*Dirty sheets and covers*Horrible smell*Dirty refrigerator*Mirror directly by the window (Curtains did close completely so anybody who walk past could see inside and literally watch you.*Creepy front dest attendant (when I asked why is so many men around here and absolutely no women he asked me if I was interested in men. He totally ignored the fact that I was uncomfortable.)*This is a motel for sex trafficking and drugs literally.*The pictures doesn't look anything like the room I was placed in (I wouldn't suggest this place to my dog)*If you're a woman don't stay here unless you're a prostitute looking for work.*Creepy men everywhere like I was the only woman checked in and it was men standing outside everywhere.*The creepy front dest attendant didn't want to refund me even though I wasn't there for long.Upon arrival I noticed literally everything that was wrong/off and my gut was telling me to leave but I tried to ignore it. I put my bags back into my car and I left for about two hours then returned. Upon returning it was a big and tall man standing at my room door (it's only me and my two kids, both under 12). I felt unsafe, uncomfortable and sick to my stomach so I spoke with the man at the front desk and he told me he couldn't refund me because it had been two hours already. He told me I would need to come back the next day at 4am to speak to someone else to get my money back. I was going to wait but then I asked what was the minimum stay policy and where was it at on paper. He couldn't provide it for me so fortunately he had no other choice but to refund me. Once I got my immediate refund I was speeding getting the hell out of there. This place is 0/10 I DO NOT recommend at all!!

Liked: Convenient to the interstate. OK price.
Disliked: With all access being external, there was no elevator to the second floor. As tired as I felt, lugging my big suitcase up the stairs was unpleasant.Also, something set off my car alarm at 1 a.m.

Need some improvement done to...

Liked: Very friendly staff.
Disliked: One room had roaches, and another room had a leaking refrigerator .The toilet handle in another room was broken. I reported to staff at check out. The other thing I didn't like was a 50.00 deposit was taken out for each room, which would be returned once all things were inspected.by staff.

Disappointing to say the least....

Liked: The price was good. The shower was good. The bed was okay. The location was convenient for the reason we were in Knoxville. The sheets and towels were clean.
Disliked: The room wasn't clean. I couldn't go barefoot without crud sticking to my feet. My husband found someone else's dirty sock. Some of the furniture was broken. It's an older property, but they don't seem to make any effort at all. One of the reasons we picked the property was the guest laundry. It was filthy, but we were desperate. The machines only took quarters, but there was no change machine and the desk didn't have change either. After I got change from the gas station next door, the coin slot in one of the dryers broke, so I had to get more quarters.
