Horrible, never again staying here

Liked: Parking lot was well lighted, room was quiet. Noise from other rooms did not seep through the walls
Disliked: Housekeeping never came by in the 4 nights I stayed there. I never put the do not disturb sign up so that they’d go in and clean. I had to track them down myself for towels and clean sheets. I specifically asked for a non smoking room but upon entering the room, it reeked of cigarette smell. The mattress was broken and the sheets were stained. There was mold in the bathroom ceiling. The lock on the door was busted and on our first night a stranger knocked on our room asking about something he might’ve left behind which made us feel unsafe.
