Disliked: All the information I completed on-line I had to repeat at the front desk (car make, model, license, photo ID, home address, etc). Didn’t make sense. Also the floor lamp in the room was damaged, bathroom fan broken

Liked: The room was dirty. The staff were rude and condescending to me. They are foreign and have very bad English. They charged $25 pet cost and your website showed $10.i will never go there again.
