Liked: We went on a trip to visit family, and the staff was extremely rude to both my daughter and me at check-in. They made comments because my daughter had chocolate on her face (as stated, we came to visit family; they had a cookout, and she’s 6, so yes, she got chocolate cake on her face), saying, 'I will make sure to personally check your room to make sure it’s clean.' Our microwave didn’t work, the blankets had stains on them, and new ones were never brought, but we brought our own blankets anyway. The pool was supposed to close at 10 according to other guests, but at 8, a staff member came out stating we had 10 minutes to leave the pool. The other guests stated it’s usually 10, and she allowed everyone to have 15 extra minutes.
