Disliked: Pool was not heated and the water was very cold

Disliked: Room was to moist,on the stuffy side,I had to run high air for a hour straight 65

I will not be staying...

Liked: The room was dirty, breakfast was not satisfactory.
Disliked: The staff was not welcoming. The room smelled, and the bed sheets did not look clean.

Convenient but improvable

Liked: The reception staff at this hotel is exceptionally friendly and helpful; the rooms were big and clean. Parking was ample, and the location directly next to a main artery and shopping mall makes it a very convenient place to stay. There were toiletries and breakfast included. There also was a pool (which we didn't use for lack of time). We were able to stow away our luggage in a safe room on our last day, so we were free to explore more places around.
Disliked: Hotel management clearly needs to up their game. The microwave in our room didn't work, then was replaced within minutes (thanks to the reception desk staff!) with another non-working microwave. The second stay at the place, some lights in our room didn't work. Juice options at the breakfast room were down to one, and my husband found bugs in his breakfast cereal; no breakfast options for anybody who doesn't like sweet breakfasts. Somehow there was a flair of resignation ...

Liked: Price point is average, but the front desk "my friend" always has a positive attitude about life.
Disliked: A little more detail to dusting and vacuuming
