Liked: Location is good, beds are comfortable, shower water pressure is good.
Disliked: Interiors don't match the room photos. Great job, photographer! Rooms are very small and dark. Nice newer furnishings, but the everything else - walls, trim, ceramic tile - very dated.A/C is very hard to manage because it blows right into one of the beds. You are either hot or extremely cold. Breakfast room is too small for the hotel capacity. Selection is scarce. The worst part is "security". On the 3rd day of our stay, one of the receptionists offered to put our 3 bikes, which were attached to my car, into garage, which is on the other side of the hotel. I declined, primarily because it was very inconvenient. Later at night, I saw how a random lady with a carton sheet saying "Security on site" attached to her SUV, was taking multiple pictures of my car, license plate, and bikes. When I asked her about the reasons, she said "I am security here and there is a chance these bikes won't be here in the morning." Literally. No explanations, no advice, no suggestions. Nothing. Just ruined my night and left in her SUV. I noticed there are signs on the parking lot saying that hotel is not responsible for any theft. If so, why do you need security that does nothing, except harassing your customers! If your area is sketchy, get a gate and proper security!

Not provided a pet friendly...

Liked: In addition to my previous review, which outlined that we were not provided as pet friendly room, as we had booked. This forced one family member to sleep in the car in the parking lot! Why were we not provided the room that we booked? Why were we not provided another pet friendly room or , at the very least, not provided some sort of compensation for being forced to sleep in the car?? We own a Restaurant and we respect every customer ,fully refunding their money as a happy customer is more important than profits in every case!!! We look forward to hearing back from you with a resolution! Our dog is on a strict medication schedule and must remain calm in his healing from pancreatitis, this situation caused him , and us, stress with being cramped and hot all night in the car! Do not expect this hotel to be trusted as pet friendly!!
Disliked: We booked a pet friendly room and were not given one. The whole reason we booked with you was because of our pet.we explained that our dog is hyperallergnic and doesn't shed at all, but still no solution was found. One of us had to sleep in the car with our dog. This was a waste of almost $400 . We were told by front desk clerk that nothing could be done and the manager could not meet with us. Very unprofessional for what is supposed to be a highly regarded chain. The room had bugs in it and the drawers had dirt in them. Overall this was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. We have a Restaurant and if we make a mistake, we make sure the customer is

Decent stay, but with some...

Liked: Beds are comfortable, room size on the smaller side, but reasonable, newer furnishing. Some highway noise, but still quiet enough to sleep with our window open. No noise from other rooms on the 2nd floor, I can imagine guests on the first floor hear noise from above. Quiet hours after 11pm, but we could clearly hear some child running up and down the hallway after. Plenty of parking. The outdoor pool is small, but nice, if you pick a time when it's not too busy. There's also outdoor hot tub with long opening hours and the pool towels are provided. Reasonable price for a stay compared to other Kelowna hotels. Also the area felt somewhat safer than some other Kelowna hotels I stayed in before.
Disliked: It wasn't the cleanest: carpet had some 'crusty' spots and all the corners of the bathroom floor haven't been cleaned in weeks with trapped dirt and hair. Bring slippers or flip flops just to walk around your room.Breakfast is just a gong show. It's served between 6.30am to 9.30am, but since in the main season we're all on holidays, obviously everyone shows up around 9. This means nowhere to sit, mess everywhere, buffet area becomes heavily overcrowded and most of food is gone (no eggs, no bacon, no bread, no tea, no sugar) and nobody is clearly restocking anything (umm... how can you even run out of sugar?). Husband wakes up early so he went for breakfast at 6.30am and nobody's there at that time (surprise!), but if you just want to sleep-in during your only time off be ready to seek some other breakfast options or just stay somewhere else where they have bigger breakfast room, better looked after and served at least until 10am or even later...
