We were very disappointed in the overall condition of the room - dirty, nasty towels, TV did not work and the door looked to have been jimmied some time ago.

Liked: The front desk lady was very professional and did her best to correct the missed reservation.
Disliked: Room was dirty and towels were soiled.

Good experience I’d stay again...

Liked: Rooms where clean. Nice and quiet outside plenty of places to eat within a couple miles staff was helpful
Disliked: I stayed for 8 days for work cleaned room every other day but that’s kinda normal anymore on weekly rentals

Disliked: There was a free breakfast but all they put out were packaged muffins and juice boxes. To me that’s not a breakfast. The floors were filthy. The ice machine wasn’t working.

Liked: Terrible staff they waste time and lie about everything they aren’t there to help or provide service. Their rooms were dirty and had bugs everywhere
Disliked: Staff were incompetent and had no resolutions. They also lied a ton and made more complications to the situation making it worse.

Liked: The ladies both days who checked us in and out were spectacular! So kind, to let me get my medication I accidentally left after checking out.
Disliked: NA

Disliked: Did not have any chairs in room for sitting at table.

Dirty, smelly, bug filled nightmare

Liked: Girl who checked me in was nice.
Disliked: Lots of bugs everywhere. Got bit by a spider while sleeping. The sheets had long dark hairs on them, clearly they had not been washed after the last guest. There was no soap to wash my hands. No extra toilet paper and only a small amount on the roll in the bathroom. Room smelled really bad, like body odor and cigarettes. The a/c didn't work. I booked a king room and was given a full.

Disliked: I received one towell which was dirty and one hand towell there was two of us in the room which the towels had black stuff all over them. Second it was cold all night the door didnt shut completely so left a crack of air all the way down. Itchy beds

Disliked: The first 2 rooms we were put in were dirty and not cleaned.

Plesent staff but a very nasty room.

Liked: They would have reimbursed us the cost of the room if we wanted to change the motel. The cost per night was very cheap.
Disliked: The room was very nasty. We killed two bed bugs. The bathroom was wet and had some bugs, and the drain of the shower had mold in it. The table had some oil film or something on it. The whole room reeked of smoke. The room was not well-lit. They did not have any other rooms available. We also had no towels and toilet paper when we checked in.
