Disappointing

So, so.Room was very clean...

Liked: Easy access. Food was close by.
Disliked: The television had poor reception even tho it was cable Poor communication between booking.com. & the property. Was told that no pet rooms available even tho it had been ok’d. Manager had to cancel another reservation to accommodate me. Apparently the cancelled reservation was sent to a different motel.

Liked: Super friendly staff worked with me to allow my pet to stay since they were out of pet rooms. He set us up I'm the annex with a small discount bringing it closer to what I would have paid for my original booking
Disliked: The bed had hair in it still. There were also unopened A/C units in my room which led to a less professional feel.

Do not even consider this...

Liked: Nothing, when I got there I could cancel.
Disliked: I arrived with a service dog which I was shown concern because he didn't have a dog room left. After his acceptance of my service dog. I went to the room. It was filthy. I made the dogs sleep with me as the carpet was a mess. I found a pill of unknown origin on the floor, there was trash on the bathroom floor, the base of the toilet had feces on it. The light was dim due to so many bugs in the fixture, the television was grainy when the game came on on the AC unit which was random. The refrigerator and microwave were both dirty, I would not use it so I ordered delivery and throughout my leftovers I had planned to eat. The shower ran for 10 minutes before the water was like warm and would not drain so I stood in midcalf cold water while I showered. I took pictures, it was unbelievable. I would like a full refund. I am also a Wyndham member, I would be mortified to be identified with this establishment. And there was no outside trash for my dogs waste. I have more pictures.

Liked: good location. excellent wifi. comfy bed. quiet. staff at check in super nice and welcoming. I'd stay again, it was ok.
Disliked: room numbers need to be clearly demarcated on the outside of the building. there were corridors inside and no way to know where the room was without peering thru a window. they tried to reno. bathroom slanted, not level. poor water pressure. needs a new shower head. gray paint is not a reno. decent flooring but had sticky residue probably whatever they mopped with and clear footprints on the vinyl flooring. shouldn't be charging more than 100 a night for the room. lobby had cloudy fishtanks.
