Disliked: The cleanliness of the hotel, especially the bathroom wasn't great. She inside of the shower curtain looked like someone was bleeding or deficated on it. When I asked the office staff about getting a reduction on my room rate for the cleanliness I was told I would receive something but haven't yet.
