Liked: Not a single thing. Had to request a refund and was only issued half.
Disliked: There were roaches, bed bugs, cobwebs and pubic hair all over the first room I was placed in on the bottom floor. So many bed bugs that upon looking at the sheets there were literally nests of the crawling on top. Then after bringing this to the attention of the night host he relocated me to a bug free room upstairs because he was incapable of pushing through a full refund. That room was terrible too but at least didn't have an infestation. Plus there are crackheads and homeless people all over the lot behind the Taco Bell.

Disliked: No pool huge crack in the ceiling leaked water from either door or window the floor was always wet. Room had bugs room was not swept or mopped before us coming In. No staff ever refilled the toilet paper or replenished towels. The rooms look worn down and nothing at all like the pictures online.

Liked: The location was convenient the guy at the front desk was friendly and tried to accommodate us the best way he could
Disliked: I didn't like that the first room we had it was bed bugs in there so we had to me I asked for a refund but they were able to move me to another room which it wasn't any better just didn't have bed bugs it had holes in the wall by the air conditioner and the bathroom door wouldn't close the shower and tub was dirty and the room service was horrible

Liked: We traveled to Jackson for a family reunion and selected this property through Booking.com based on the photos and description provided. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing and far from what was advertised.Upon arrival, we were assigned a room located in a completely isolated section at the back of the property. The area appeared abandoned, with overgrown grass, poorly maintained stairwells, and a generally unsafe atmosphere. The building looked nothing like the images online, and we were immediately uncomfortable.The initial room we booked—a smoking King room—was in unacceptable condition. It was uncomfortably hot, had a strong unpleasant odor, and, most concerning, was visibly infested with bed bug larvae and eggs on the mattress. This was an absolute health hazard. When we brought this to the front desk’s attention, we were told the room had been treated for bedbugs just the previous week. Nonetheless, we were reassigned to a non-smoking room on the busier side of the hotel.While the second room initially seemed cleaner, we later discovered feces smeared on the bathroom wall, disturbingly labeled with the word “poop” written in black marker. Additionally, the noise level from neighboring guests was extremely disruptive throughout the night, with loud music and constant activity well into the early morning hours.The listing also claimed to offer breakfast, which turned out to be minimal—just waffles and coffee. The coffee tasted like weak, flavored water, and the orange juice machine was out of order. There was no sign of the standard continental options such as fruit, yogurt, or any protein.The towels provided were stained and appeared unsanitary, despite staff assuring us they had been cleaned. Even the replacements we requested were in similar condition.Lastly, the advertised pool was closed and in disrepair. The area was littered with broken beer bottles, and overgrown weeds made the space look completely neglected.
