Liked: Not far from interstate 55
Disliked: The Hotel was under construction on the West portion. The hallways smelled like urine and the front desk placed a $100 deposit for the room. It's been well over 48hrs since we've left the place and my funds are still on hold. It was better than sleeping outside I guess.

Liked: The worker’s were super nice and helpful.
Disliked: The pool was drained and the sofa bed wasn’t made up.

Disliked: The room wasn’t clean… the towels had hair in them… it was dust everywhere and it had a couple bugs crawling in the bathroom

Disliked: Breakfast buffet was a laugh. Mini muffins and apple juice was what was offered.

Liked: It was cheap. The room had conflicting listings…queen room and king room on the same listing. Bedding was clean. Towels were clean. Breakfast was offered. Air conditioner cooled very well.
Disliked: Breakfast was coffee and honeybuns. Door to the room didn’t open without someone from the front desk coming up to assist because it was stuck. In the other room that we reserved, there was no room number on the door and the bathroom door didn’t shut. Mattress made noise when we moved or turned over. The room just looked neglected of a good cleaning. Trim around doors was sticky and dirty. Tv had hand prints all over the screen. The lobby looked like it needed a refresh.
