Liked: I booked through Booking.com. Once I arrive I waited in the lobby while a lady was being helped she was complaining about her key not working and some other stuff. I tried to check in with the front desk once she left. Front desk asked me to pay AGAIN after I told him I paid online already. Then he said I have to wait until his co worker comes back. I waited for about 10 minutes and the same guy told me I can just self check in the computer/kiosk. It was a guy on video chat asking me to scan my id and stuff and asked me to pay AGAIN. As I was following the odd check in steps 3 different guest came down complaining about their room key nothing working and one lady said her shower is not working. I already seeing this will be a nightmare staying here. After trying to explain to the guy on the computer that I paid already another guy behind the counter said he can help me so we repeated the steps AGAIN and he ask me to pay AGAIN because they couldn’t see my payment. I showed him the receipt and he asked to see the transaction in my bank account. He finally seen that I paid and I was asked to pay the $25 security deposit which was expected. I seen the $25 requested on the credit card reader so I put my card in and next thing you know I was charged $25 and 54.90 and I originally paid 79.90 for the room. I showed the guy who seemed like the manager and he said he doesn’t have a charge of $54.90 on his end when I showed him my bank account. He told me the charge will come off in a couple of days. Then I went to my room and the shower/water source didn’t work.
Disliked: Shower didn’t and was charged 54.90 more and front never acknowledged what they did or apologized.

Liked: Clean bed spreads Clean room,quiet place,nice tv clean towels.
Disliked: Shower was coming out slow,one light by the bed didn't work toilet wasn't flushing good.Breakfast sucked and coke machine said $4 and on my debit card it changed me $5

Liked: Close to airport and free shuttle to and from airport.
Disliked: It was run down. Make sure to secure your spot on shuttle. This hotel allows people to park and use shuttle which fills very fast.
