Liked: Clean and in a convenient location
Disliked: Needs an elevator. Was in the 2nd floor and had to carry suitcases and cooler up the stairs. This would be hard on an older person

No bed bugs!

Disliked: It was a bit run down, but the sheets and mattresses were good. Pool and Hot Tub were out of order.

Quiet and comfortable

Disliked: Small shower, toilet room. Rather the sink and mirror were in the bathroom.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful! Ken and Laura both did an excellent job of making us feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable. Pool, hot tub, sauna--bonus!!
