This was hands down the WORST experience at a hotel ever (and we've stayed in some hole in the walls)! We frequently travel and go to events so often stay in hotels (budget friendly - we prefer this as we spend little to no time in the room), and this is the first time ever a place has been so awful we wanted to write a review and warn you AWAY. You are given a security key for the security keyed entrance but all exterior doors are lodged open so any Joe Shmoe can get in. The A/C unit did not work, toilet could/would not flush, no hand soap in the bathroom or the sink area to wash your hands or shower - but they did have a complimentary shampoo. There were pubic hairs (not ours) on the side of the tub, right next to where the clean towels were! Originally this room was booked for the price and 'book now pay later' option, and only so that we had a place to put a change of clothes at while we went to a concert and so we'd have a place nearby to come sleep after drinking at the concert. We've stayed at others (same price range and vicinity) and will be again next week. Do NOT book here, there is a Days Inn right next door - same price range, BOOK THERE! We've been there with zero complaints and where we will be each time we're in town for all of the summer concerts. We made the mistake to not go that time, only because they didn't have the 'book now pay at check in' available that night. NEVER again will we use that option (yeah, we have stayed at cheaper and way more expensive places; we're a normal classed, middle aged couple, not prissy, so trust this is a legitimate complaint/warning) - 5 thumbs down, absolutely disgusting.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Dirty rooms, mold on the walls, damaged chair in the room, extremely uncomfortable beds, outlets couldn't hold plugs in the wall, walls dirty and miss painted. Asked for more pillows but only had 1 extra. Paid $260 for a $50 room.

Liked: conveniently located, free parking, free breakfast
Disliked: The room was a nightmare! It was so dirty (carpet, walls, even towels) that I will never, ever stay there again! The WiFi was very slow.

Liked: Nothing special, just a reasonable place to sleep.
Disliked: It smelled like weed pretty much everywhere except our actual room. The breakfast selection was not very good.

Disliked: Did not get refunded like I was told. Theroom heater and window were beoke. Me and my husband were cold all night on our anniversary

Liked: Room was clean, fridge in room helpful, TV and shower worked fine, good location. Hotel was quiet at night. I could park near my room. staff at Saturday breakfast, was helpful. Breakfast minimal but better than nothing.
Disliked: No drinking cup or glass in room. Poor room maintenance--- hole in wall, burn hole in blanket. I don't like the $100 hold on my credit card--- you don't trust me even though I leave the room as good as I found it.
