We arrived around 10p.m. (I had called when booking to ensure that we would be able to check in that late) and the unhelpful front desk lady told us she had cancelled our reservation a few minutes earlier. When we asked why, she said she called Priceline and they had no reservation under my name. I don't know why she called them because we didn't book through them, but she assured me I would be refunded and they would charge me the same price I originally paid for a new room (which ended up being $6 more). We did not want to pay for another room, and we continued to ask why she would cancel a reservation in the first place. She just continued to assure us that we would get our refund in a few days. Since she left us with no choice, we paid for a new room. We had to share a tiny bed, and in the morning as we were packing up, housekeeping knocked on our door to ask us if we knew when check out was. We told them yes, it was at 11. It was 10:30 when they knocked, as if we had overstayed our welcome. It was an absolutely terrible experience with the worst service I have ever seen.

Liked: Literally nothing.
Disliked: Absolutely everything.

Sad to say, Motel 6 probably would have been better. The people were nice, but the filth was unbelievable!

The room was clean, but...

Liked: Fast food was close if you like that sort of food.
Disliked: The area is a bit scary for a solo female traveler.

It was ok.

Liked: It was close to our destination for the next day. Only paid $60/ night so price point was good. Not bad if you’re only looking for a place to sleep I suppose.
Disliked: Beds were not comfortable. Showed up around 6 pm and our rooms were still being cleaned, so we had to wait for new rooms. Non smoking room smelled terribly of smoke.

Not Good.

Liked: It was easy to find…..
Disliked: I found it incredibly challenging to sleep on that hard bed. I even had to double check to make sure it was a mattress and not the box springs.
