Days Inn by Wyndham Indianapolis East Post Road

We arrived around 10p.m. (I had called when booking to ensure that we would be able to check in that late) and the unhelpful front desk lady told us she had cancelled our reservation a few minutes earlier. When we asked why, she said she called Priceline and they had no reservation under my name. I don't know why she called them because we didn't book through them, but she assured me I would be refunded and they would charge me the same price I originally paid for a new room (which ended up being $6 more). We did not want to pay for another room, and we continued to ask why she would cancel a reservation in the first place. She just continued to assure us that we would get our refund in a few days. Since she left us with no choice, we paid for a new room. We had to share a tiny bed, and in the morning as we were packing up, housekeeping knocked on our door to ask us if we knew when check out was. We told them yes, it was at 11. It was 10:30 when they knocked, as if we had overstayed our welcome. It was an absolutely terrible experience with the worst service I have ever seen.

Liked: Literally nothing.
Disliked: Absolutely everything.

Sad to say, Motel 6 probably would have been better. The people were nice, but the filth was unbelievable!

Ok for one day stay...

Liked: Clean and comfortable
Disliked: No safe in room. No hairdryer in room and had to request one then make sure to return to front desk but no one was there to receive it. No breakfast even though it was advertised on booking.com. No coffee pot in room. Carpet was. Dirty. Feet got black. Bad neighborhood

Disliked: They have juice bar and coffee, but it hasn't been working ...that's annoying coffee or tea in the morning would be nice for the amount of money we spend!!!
