Liked: The location
Disliked: Very tight parking lot, most outlets didn’t work in the room, multiple lights did not work, the bathroom ceiling fan did not work. The front desk lady couldn’t speak English. The lobby smelled bad. There was no complimentary soaps or shampoos within the room.

Liked: nothing.
Disliked: Staff didn’t speak english, sat in waiting room. with their bare feet on coffee table. after being in room for about 2 hours, noticed a cockroach. we immediately packed up our things to leave and took a picture. told there was no way for a refund (which obviously isn’t true) asked us if we would want to switch rooms. we didn’t even stay the night or longer than 2 hours. worst service ever.

Disliked: Poor breakfast, outlet was burnt, light bulks burnt out, provided wifi password was incorrect, Cobwebs in room, lobby photos on site were old, lobby now contains gambling machines! TV was very slow, the room and bathroom was small. Only one helpful EE.

Bummy and run down

Liked: The only thing I like was the location
Disliked: The lady at the front desk was not very professional and had a stained shirt on advertising booze...the bathroom door know was broken, the chair was stained with what looked like seman...the TV kept getting colored sqigley lines through it..the walls were chipping paint and it looked like there roof had a leak the ceiling was peeling paint and had water stains on it and we only had a sheet and a very thin "blanket" to sleep with and the floors didn't look vacuumed

Liked: The convenience to restaurants and highway access. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Booked a handicap accessible room with a queen bed. Was told they don't come with queens when I got there. TV didn't work, had to be fixed. Telephone didn't work. Microwave was caked in grease. Had to clean it before I used it. Toilet seat was broken.
