It was a great stay...

Liked: The room was clean and looked nice. The restroom door was half painted but I don't care at all about that. The fridge worked great and room was clean, no bugs, dirtiness or anything of the sort. Had plenty of toilet paper and towels. Nothing appeared to me like it was unkept or ignored and I'm not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I stayed Tues-Thurs and at no point did I feel unsafe or was there any commotion or a lot of vehicle/foot traffic. I also can't recall ever hearing noise from conjoining rooms. It was calm my entire stay. I was prepared and brought a small coffee maker. The deposit and service fee did not surprise me as I saw that stated in the fine print of the booking details. I received the refund for my deposit back onto my card within the timeframe they quoted me. I did not do breakfast, so I can't speak on that.
Disliked: There was not a Do Not Disturb door hanger available. That is the one complaint I have and I wish/hope they will change. Around 9am on Wednesday, house cleaning tried to barge in my room after I yelled twice "no housekeeping" after hearing them knock and identify themselves. I had just gotten out of the shower and was not dressed. I luckily had the door latch latched or they would have came fully in the room and caught me buck naked. I am not sure if they could not hear me or just ignored me. They did apologize after I peaked my head through the cracked door opening and told them a 3rd time "no housekeeping and that I wasn't dressed".

A freaking nightmare

Liked: Nothing. Was charged $200 for chihuahua that stayed in your van. The next day the owner came out to the van n I was told to get the dog off the property immediately. They did not refund the $200
Disliked: Was charged $159, $139, $169 for 2 rooms I was quoted $253 for on Priceline app n was told I booked them on booking.

Liked: This place was horrible the first room they put us in. It was still under construction, Mike fixtures. I'll broom in the room. I have pictures to attach the second room. They put us in. Was a little better the day of check out. They tried to charge me $15 for a blanket. Before I left, the guy approves. The room was clean and up to standards. And I would not be charged for a blanket. 3 days later go by. I see a charge on my bank statement for $15. I called the motel. They assure me that they will refund the fifteen dollars and they did. I never received my $50 deposit. I receive $15. The exact amount that they charged my card for 2 days or after I left the explanation was. They charged me for the blanket, but they end up charging me $35 for a blanket. They said it was 15. Found any lie to keep my deposit. worst place ever. I will be contacting yhe better business bureau
